In the room

Calm, structured support — not another policy document.

Built for three people at once.

Each one gets a different door into the same system.

HR and People teams

License once, support everyone. Consistent neuro-inclusion across the whole workforce, with reporting designed for special category data.

Line managers

Get calm, structured guidance for the colleague in front of you — not a 40 page policy document.

Neurodivergent employees

A private space to break a task down, ask for what helps, and keep moving. No labels required.

Two flows. One system.

The same evidence base, surfaced in the way each user actually needs it.

All framed as general wellbeing support. Never as medical advice or treatment.

Evidence-based

Guidance you can stand behind.

Scaffold draws on a curated evidence base maintained by subject-matter specialists. Every response surfaced to a user can be traced back to its source.

How our evidence base works

  • Curated evidence base

We index UK-relevant sources only: ACAS guidance, EHRC technical guidance, gov.uk Access to Work materials, NICE workplace recommendations, and peer-reviewed executive-function and workplace-adjustment literature. Lifestyle and supplemental content is framed as general wellbeing only.

  • Specialist-reviewed guidance

Every guidance pattern is reviewed by a panel of UK occupational-health practitioners, HR specialists and neurodivergent lived-experience advisers before it ships. The panel re-reviews on a rolling quarterly cycle and whenever ACAS or EHRC publishes material change.

  • Traceable responses

Retrieval-augmented generation restricts the assistant to the curated base. Every answer carries the specific sources it drew from, so HR and the employee can follow the citation, verify the basis, and audit it later.

Scaffold does not diagnose, prescribe or give legal advice. For statutory rights see gov.uk; for specific cases consult a qualified UK employment solicitor.

Built for compliance

Designed around special category data.

Information about neurodivergence is special category data under UK GDPR. Scaffold is built that way from the first line of code — minimisation, clear lawful basis, employee-controlled disclosure, and auditable access.

  • UK GDPR special category data handled at the highest tier
  • Employee chooses what, if anything, to share with their employer
  • Role-based access, full audit trail, regional data residency
  • Designed to slot into existing DSAR and retention policies
